Since we’re seeking illustrators for the web comic, who can draw me sitting behind a laptop or computer, we needed some pictures of me in that position. So besides the shoots I’d already planned for this month, I did an extra one with Joseph Voncken.
Jos is one of the best photographers I’ve seen. He does frequent work for a few artists, as you can see on his website: www.friend2friend.biz, with a lot of passion. He’s also dad of one of my best friends since primary school; Angie. And we consider each other to be ‘extra family’.
He’d already said we should do a shoot for fun one day, so when I asked him to do a few for this project, he didn’t mind. He also took pictures of me playing at my own graduation a few years ago already, so here’s a few more pictures of me – by the great Joseph.
